The primary objective of this system is to extend the existing terrestrial fibre based infrastructure to provide advanced information and communication services anywhere on the earth. Here we use 840 LEO satellites in 21 planes at altitudes of 700 km. After modification now it is deployed only 280 LEO satellites in just 12 planes with an altitude around 1350 km. Individual satellite connects 8 neighboring satellites via intersatellite links operating in a connectionless packet mode. The design here is intended for dual-satellite visibility with at least one insight satellite at a minimum elevation of 40 degrees. High elevation is employed here to ensure uninterrupted and omnidirectional view of the sky from building tops.
